This is a used Baader double polarizing filter with a rotating cell mount. It is in good condition with mostly clean optics. There are a few marks on the coatings as shown in the photos. This includes the jewel case as well as the original box.

The Baader Double Polarizing Filter reduces extraneous light and enhances contrast when observing the moon and planets. This planoptically polished filter has a rotatable element to let you precisely adjust the transmitted light from 30% to 85% to match your telescope's aperture and your observing target. It threads onto just about any 1.25” eyepiece. The filter can also be used for solar observation, but it MUST be used in conjunction with a primary white light solar filter to avoid permanent eye damage.
