Japanese-made, the Axiom’s feature a 7-element design, to give you tack sharp star images across its extra wide, 70° apparent field of view*. All are fully multicoated with extra large pop-up eyecups to block unwanted stray light. The Axiom optical design minimizes the following aberrations: spherical, color, field curvature, coma, astigmatism, distortion and spherical distortion of the exit pupil. The edges of the optical elements are blackened to minimize internal reflections and increase contrast. 1-1/4" threaded barrels accept 1-1/4" filters.
The 15mm Axiom has 7mm of eye relief and a 70° field of view.
