Shipping policy

We are offering free economy shipping for most accessory orders over $149 within the continental US. Due to their size and weight, some telescopes and mounts do incur a shipping charge. Counterweights and some other specialty items such as cases are also billed for shipping regardless of order total. Free shipping promotion does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. (We have also paused shipping to these destinations due to issues with damaged shipments.) We do not ship internationally, or to US territories.

Shipping method will be UPS, or USPS, based on lowest cost service.

Note on Returns: Returns that shipped free will be charged the actual cost of shipping both ways. See our returns policy.

Regardless of the reason for a return, any expedited shipping will not be refunded.

We ship orders Tuesday through Friday. In-stock items ordered before 11:AM Mountain Time will generally ship same-day. In-stock items ordered after that cut-off will ship on the next business day. Please note that there may be delays due to missed pickups from carriers or other service issues. We cannot make any guarantee on specific delivery dates.

Sorry, but due to our dealer agreements and issues with fraud, we only ship to U.S. addresses. We will not ship to international addresses or couriers, and do not ship to freight forwarders.

Service Guarantees Suspended

UPS and USPS no longer offer any meaningful service guarantees. That means packages may arrive later than the scheduled date. We have no control over this, and no ability to further prioritize your package. Shipping costs are not refundable because of missed delivery dates.
