Aligning your telescope is simple and painless, too, thanks to SkyAlign. This process makes alignment as easy as 1-2-3: just center three bright objects in your eyepiece and press ALIGN. For even easier alignment, attach our StarSense AutoAlign and your NexStar SE aligns itself!
Durable Construction
The integrated accessory tray functions as a center support to make the entire structure stiff and rigid. It can also hold up to five additional 1.25” eyepieces. The all-metal tripod is constructed from high-quality materials that can withstand years of use in tough outdoor conditions.
Note that this is the very same standard SE tripod and mount arm used with the Celestron 6SE and 8SE telescopes, and is fully compatible with them, as well as the 4SE and 5SE models.
