This is a GEM45 in like new condition.  The mount was just too heavy for the previous owner, who opened it up, took it out, put it back in its boxes, and traded this in for a lighter mount.

Based on the new CEM40, the GEM45 uses most of the same components, repurposed into a traditional GEM design. The weight capacity has been increased from 40 to 45 lbs with a wider diameter counterweight bar, and the GEM45 offers a new and refined 1.75" tripod.
