This is a Vixen dovetail bar that's 16 1/2" long, with 8 holes spaced along its length.
The holes are symmetrical - 4 on each half. The holes begin at 1", 2", 4 1/2" and 6 3/16" from each edge. In other words, that's the beginning of the hole, not the center of the hole.
It is in very good condition - it is clean, but has some minor marks from use.
