The standard power plug size for most equipment is a 5.5mm outside diameter and a 2.1mm inside diameter. Vixen mounts use a less common 2.5mm x 3.3mm plug. This adapter converts a 5.5x2.1mm tip to a 5.5x3.3mm tip.
