Used Celestron Mount Arm for 6/8SE scope - TO BE REPAIRED

This is the motorized mount arm from a Celestron 8SE.  It works in the store as it should - it moves up and down, left and right, at different speeds, in response to pressing the various buttons on the NexStar handset.  HOWEVER, the telephone jack plug from the handset does not want to stay in place:  it drops out all by itself after a minute, and simply won't stay in the jack - it does not snap in.   

If you're handy, you should be able to fix this, either by permanently gluing the plug in place, or maybe by taping it.  Or, if you need parts for your mount arm, this is the solution.  

This is just the mount arm - no tripod, no handset, no AC adapter, no scope - all sold separately.  This item is not returnable.
